LCIC provides a clear and guided admission process to help applicants begin their academic journey with confidence. From initial verification and entrance examination to enrollment and issuance of the Certificate of Registration, each step is carefully coordinated across offices. Applicants are supported through academic advising, profiling, and registration to ensure a smooth transition into their chosen program.
Applicants begin the admission process at the EMO, where entrance examination schedules, required documents, scholarship inquiries, and other admission-related matters are reviewed and verified.
After verification, applicants proceed to the Cashier’s Office to pay the ₱300.00 entrance examination fee. The official receipt must be presented prior to taking the examination.
Upon submission of proof of payment, applicants take the entrance examination. Results are released two (2) days after the scheduled exam date.
Applicants receive an official email containing their exam results along with instructions for the next phase of the admission process.
Academic advising is conducted according to the schedule set by each Program Chair. After advising, Program Chairs will endorse the applicant to the Guidance Office for profiling.
The Guidance Office facilitates student profiling as part of institutional documentation and student development procedures. Following this, applicants are endorsed to the Enrollment Management Supervisor.
The Enrollment Management Supervisor oversees CAMU registration, admission encoding, and verification. Applicants who have completed all requirements are officially admitted.
Admitted applicants proceed to the Registrar’s Office for subject plotting based on curriculum requirements and course availability.
Applicants pay the assessed enrollment fees at the Cashier’s Office.
Upon confirmation of payment, the Registrar’s Office issues the Certificate of Registration (COR), signifying completion of the Admission Process.
