LCIC-CELS Becomes an Official TOEIC Testing Center

With the successful completion of a signed and notarized agreement, LCIC-CELS can now administer the TOEIC exam on campus. TOEIC is a globally recognized assessment that measures English proficiency in listening, reading, speaking, and writing, particularly in workplace and professional contexts.

Each year, more than 500 international LCIC-CELS students take the TOEIC exam during their stay at LCIC-CELS. For many, the test is a required component of their English as a Foreign Language program and is essential for earning academic credit at their home institutions. Beyond academics, TOEIC scores play a vital role in career development, especially in many East Asian countries where they are widely used for employment screening, promotions, interviews, and overseas assignments.

Becoming an official TOEIC Testing Center allows LCIC-CELS to better serve its international student community while strengthening its position as a trusted provider of globally relevant English education.
