The Samurai Flag Football team of LapuLapu-Cebu International College (LCIC) delivered an impressive Week Two performance on April 19, 2026, at the Adventist Academy Cebu, showcasing both offensive power and defensive strength in the Cebu Flag Football League Intercollegiate Season X.

In their first match of the day, the Samurai overwhelmed the Airmen from Cebu Aeronautical Technical School (CATS) College Inc. with a commanding 38–0 victory. From the very start, LCIC Samurai controlled the pace of the game, executing precise plays and maintaining a solid defense that completely shut out their opponents.

Building on their day’s strong start, the Samurai continued their winning momentum in the second game against the Stallions from Cebu Doctors University (CDU), securing a 30–6 win. Although the Stallions managed to score, the Samurai remained firmly in control throughout the match.

More than just two wins, this performance signals the Samurai redeeming themselves—bouncing back from last week’s performance with renewed intensity and determination.

The LCIC Samurai are set to play in the playoffs on April 26, 2026 at the Dynamic Herb Borromeo Sports Complex, San Roque, Talisay City, Cebu.
